To better serve the housing needs in the area, Richard and Linda Seay established a manufactured home dealership (BUCKINGHAM HOMES) in early 1994.

  This, added to their construction business and real estate business, offered a complete housing package to the area.

   In 1997 the complete operation was combined at the Buckingham Homes location between Sprouse’s Corner and Dillwyn (on Rt.15) and Richard,  Linda and staff moved from Buckingham Court House where they had worked for more than 30 years.
